Wrong & wrong; an emotional day + solutions

Internal & external politics digress the heart...

Political issues are such sensitive matters tat should be touch on tactfully. But we'll not be discussing any big issues today...

Just pondered, how many was affected by the exteranl politics - state's big/small affairs?
One.
Or two.
No, I dun think it would be a few.
Almost all, to a certain extent I think.

How about raising your hands to internal politics? With family, friends or colleagues?
One.
Or again two?
No. How about we say it stirred a turbulence now & then without u realising tat it is actually affecting you. To...

Sad,
Annoy,
Frustrated,
&
More
&
More.

Remember the last time when u became fed-up or moody? When was it? Who was it with? I guess tis happens all the time. When it happens u'll feel tat everything is terrible out of place & for the minor it might felt like the world's prancing & collapsing on u.

Unidentified vexed mood brought forward from the morning. Story goes on...
to this afternoon, shortly after I left my work area, I was informed tat I bought the wrong lock for the cabinet, wasting my $2.90 & when I was on my way to meet a customer, I realize tat d cashcard is left with only $0.58, so I gotta find the nearest atm to top-up. Good, after topping up 20 bucks, I made my way to town. Just when I entered cte I realize I'm going to wheelock, it's outside erp zone & there I was earlier rounding purposely looking for the atm. Ok, never mind, so what about some caught up time over waiting for lots, then technical problems to explain to customers. Everything seems to be a controversy of time space.

So Questions time:

What do u do when u get mood swing?

Sleep,

Chat
&
the list goes on...


So whatever happens let me tell u my solutions:

1. To find somebody to shoulder your burden

open your heart to them & make them listen, u might feel like they have lifted away some of the loads & unhappiness (even if the problems remains unsolved - but hey anyway it will not solve automatically)

* takes at least 2 persons for the remedy

2. Take your happy medicine.

No no, I dun mean smoking, drinking, drugs. I mean chocolate or sweet desserts. For the diabetes, u might like to try shopping.

* options of solo or group remedies

3. My fav. choice. To binge on lotsa food until u feel so full u could really calmly sit & think (cos too lazy to move, needs breathing space to digest).

The antidote works only if you are alone. U could watch a movie, or go to the library. Find some quiet time for yourselves, u'll soon be able to find a quantum of calmness. Maybe you can also try swimming, exercising, dazing by the sea or just sleep through the hours or days.

I always like to order lotsa food when feeling down & each time it works. I felt so full, I'm happy & left with a tinge of peace.

When I ask for the bill, I realise I've got a drink for the set.









Stinge with a little guilt & regret after ordering so much...but hey, it makes me feel good. While drinking, I'm also writing tis piece of emotional tots on my pda. When I'm done with the last sentence, tat's when I've just left the restuarant... with the drinks half FULL...


How mood changes so quickly cos its within yourself to obsure... ...

Sometimes when Sprinkler becomes Bow Down , the next day is the same routine.
